MART provides regional fixed-route bus and complementary ADA service, as well as other demand-response service. MART Consumers have the right to expect safe, timely, fair and equitable service to be performed. If you do not, please fill out our Customer Feedback form. Consumers also have the right to file an ADA or Discrimination Complaint as well.

MART books MassHealth and other Human Service Transportation rides throughout most of the state. If you are a MassHealth/HST consumer please call 1-800-854-9928 or 1-866-834-9991 or 1-866-834-9992. Please visit hstrides.mrta.us for more information.

Gardner Facility

Intermodal Bus Depot & Fitchburg Commuter Rail Station

100 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA
Hours: 5:00a.m. to Midnight with limited access from 7:30p.m. to midnight (by rail platform only).
The Ticket Agency sells commuter rail train and MART bus fares and is open between 7:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
Fixed route bus: Weekdays from 5:25 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Athol Depot
